HELP! I need your creative juices to find a name for the newest addition to the family.
yes, there's a new pet in the house.
don't worry, it's just a fish.
at my cousin's wedding yesterday, there were betta fish on each table as the centerpiece. the idea was that they would all get taken home. and I talked my parents into taking one home.
he is dark blue. and he needs a name because I can't just call him "little buddy" forever you know.
I'm expecting lots of input from you guys!
oh and by the way, this is my blog's 200th post. I thought that was worthy of mentioning. hey....let's have another party!!!!

lol it seems to me that fishies either live for 4 days, or they live and live and you can't kill them. we whent through about 5 or 6 fishies untill we got this albino goldfish (it was silver, yet goldfish?) and we just couldn't kill it. we left it for weeks at a time (vacations) and we would forget to feed it all the time. it refused to die. finally, right when i start thinking that the thing might actually be cute, he goes and dies. hows that for . . . i think ironic is the word. lol.

lol. Totally Bo! We have had a LOT of Beta Fish around here. And they either die within the first week, or live on and on and on and on. We've had a couple that lasted several years. They're finally all dead though, I think the fish phase is over.

We had the same thing - a fish that lived and lived forever and got to be humongous. that was after we killed 10 or 11.

what are you talking about? fishies are really pets, their awsome pests! ahm. pets. lol. they are soooo understanding, and beautifull to look at, and always ready to wave their happy tails at you! better the dogs too, you have less poo to pick up. i hate dogs for that reason only. lol.

oh, so I just found out my parents aren't leaving today. some stupid window screen thing didn't get shipped, so they can't so any of the work. they'll probably leaving in a couple of weeks.
of course I'm glad they're here, but with all the anticipation and preparation, this is a little disappointing. am I a terrible child?
