I went Christmas shopping yesterday with my grandma - it was fun but she bought me more stuff than anyone else. *guilty look*

sometimes it's fun being an only child! I was just thinking - Jesus got to be an only child for a while, then he got to have siblings. He knows how all of us feel!! sorry, I just thought that was cool.

do you hear the people sing/singing a song of angry men/it is the music of a people who will not be slaves again/when the beating of your heart echoes the beating of the drums/there is a life about to start/when tomorrow comes

I love GotRadio. it's pretty awesome.

I'm bored - can you tell? there's a million things I could be doing though, so I have no excuse. as soon as I'm done obliging you with this post I'll go do one of them. I built a fire today...my cream puffs for Thanksgiving were sketchy. I saw the coolest Converse that looked like an American flag when shopping yesterday! We didn't go to the mall but we did go Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving. today has been productive I guess, but I feel like there's nothing to write about. mostly we're just hanging out and I wish my dad was here. I'm really going to miss him when we're in India... :'(

oh yeah, and I'm completely in love with Mike Eldred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go here:

and listen to any and/or every song. he's pretty much amazing and I'm completely in love with him...*sigh*

I should go now. I'm being really boring and I don't need to spread my boringness to any of you!

will you join in our crusade/who will be strong and stand with me/somewhere beyond the barricade is there a world you long to see?/

then join in the fight that will give you the right to be free!!!!

  3. I went shopping to, but I'm going to make a post about it to.

A converse cake would be VERY cool Anna. And naturally, I would be happy to have a cake at any time.

  10. Wow, I guess great minds think alike Sam!

That is an amazing idea Anna! If you want to spend twenty bucks on gas and another twenty on getting your brother to chauffer you then I'd love a cake! and some green eggs and ham. while you read one fish two fish red fish blue fish. (that's impossible to type without messing up and hitting the backspace button btw). then we'll be like Marie Antoinette who [didn't really] said "let them eat cake, and Sam can play my piano, and it'll all be happy! I love perfect days.
"My dream was a perfect day...and I'm just finishing it."

BETH!!!! How is Leave it to Psmith??????

  11. What! I thought I commented on here already.

    *grumbles*

Anyway, you fall in love at least once a week, Verya. I think I'm going to have to start calling you Harriet.

  12. ahahaha. yeah good luck with that Verya. my parents barely let Sam drive me to and from the crosscountry banquet last night. besides, I'd spend the whole time hanging onto the "oh dear" handle and asking sam to slow down.

    *narrows eyes at Em*

Oh! Leave it to Psmith was really good! I can't believe that I completely forgot to tell you I finished it!! The writing was so clever, and funny. The plot line is pretty hilarious too.

Harriet...I know I should know who this is...

wait - no...that's not it. dash it all I really ought to know this. I'll blame it on getting an average six hours of sleep most of this week I guess. yeah, that'll work!

Anna dear, that's just not cutting it. we'll have to have some brain-power to work out this little discrepancy. Is that spelled right?

oh oh oh!!! Of course *facepalm* I feel ridiculous. *blushes* well, I remember now. What can I say? It's just a habit I guess. at least I'm not falling in love with guys who are like really in my life every other week. And I'm not like....oh my gosh I need a poster of him and I'm changing my wallpaper and not thinking about anyone else for two weeks in love! It's more like - he's amazing and...umm...WOW. in love.

make sense? Probably not. I miss you guys!!!!

new post up now though. I'm still working on my little descriptive writing exercise from Saturday. I'll have that up soon but I thought you guys deserved something else in the meantime.
