...until I can post about my nearly perfect day today...
what should I do for my 16th birthday? I want to do something when I get back from India...like end of February, but I'm not sure what. Maybe another cool sleepover like for Lucy's birthday? I don't know that I want to go anywhere, I just want to be with my friends. And 16 just seems so important.
Ideas?
So later on (prolly Monday) I'll post about the cat show and the symphony and my day and also the report I wrote on R.L.S. that I want some constructive criticism on.

haha. see I was just considering.......oh what do I do for my sixteenth birthday? and my orchestra's tour leaves two days after my birthday so I can't hold the party til I get back....(I mean, you could all hold it without me but that would be ridiculous). I've definitely decided we're all going to get our pictures taken together like Em did for her 16th, but other then that I really don't know.

I am planning a trip up to you guys in the spring, though exact dates are any thing but sure right now.
I think a birthday bash like Lucy's is what you should do Kacy. That was SOOOOOOO much fun I could not believe! Thank you again for hosting us at your house. ;)

Ya know, I had recently been wondering what I want to do for my 16th as well. Yes, it's still quite a little ways off since I'm turning 15 this January, but it's such a fun thing to daydream about. I love daydreaming :-) The main thing that I want for my 16th is just to get as many of my friends together in one place as I possibly can. And maybe have my friend's band play. That's a brilliant idea to get everyone's picture taken together. I did that on my 12th birthday...it would be so much bigger of a pic on my 16th though, I'm sure!

But yeah, we're only like three months apart, and I couldn't have mine till probably early March anyways, so maybe we could have it early spring before Anna leaves so you can come up.
I don't know if we'll be moved by then or not, so I'm not sure where we'd have it. But I do think it's a fantabulous idea!

This is the question I always struggled with, probably because we lived so far away from everybody. Hahah! But you don't have that issue. Here is the real question, what is it that YOU want to do? something deep down you have always wanted to do but never had the chance.

ReplyDeleteWe drive up to the Hammermaster's, and Beth is sitting in the window looking off into space. I turn to mom and I'm like, "she's doing math. that's the math look."
we get to the door and Beth tells me she really was doing math!
somehow combined with writing a Christmas list.....a mysterious combination.
We watched the second half of Nicholas Nickleby this morning, 'cause the Scarlet Pimpernel movie we got is horrible. So we're getting a different one soon. and tomorrow we start Don Quixote!!!
sorry I've been gone so much. I'll put up a new post when I can. I super-busy and I'll be gone for training this weekend, but I'll be drafting a post and I'll get it up when I can. I'm still thinking about you guys! We should have a triple party, definitely, and if your mom is cool with it Anna, then my mom says we could do one day at each house definitely! I don't know if we could do three days though...I don't know if it would work out. We have a little time still to work out the details though!
