Paging all personel...

Ok, the title actually for once refers to what I have to say! My mom's been bugging me to post something about this for like 3 days now, so I figures I'd better. What it is is the State Congress Page Program thingy... I'll explain a little more:So basically you go to either the House of representatives or the Senate for a week anytime from January through (I think) May, or whenever their session ends. And you page for your senator of representative, which means you run errands for them like bringing them notes and running stuff back and forth from their office or whatever. And you go to page school for 2 hours a day and learn about the government and stuff like that.Did I mention that it pays $35 per day? And they also pay you $35 for the orientation. So $35 times 6 days...you do the math.So anyway I'm going to do it this year (or at least send in an application and if I'm early enough which I probably will be see if I'll be accepted) in the senate, and it's a one-time thing, and there really is a point to this post...See I was going to do it with a friend, but then she's too busy, and my mom really wants me to do it, and I think it would be cool, but, see, I really wanted to do it with someone.So then I thought of you guys! You have to be at least 14, and no older than 16. Eowyn, I thought you might want to do something like that with me (maybe?) since you'll be old enough by the time session starts. And Ribbons, I wan't sure when your b-day was or if anyone would even be interested. I think Anna's gone somewhere right now but it'd be cool if you wanted to Anna!El I didn't think you'd be interested but of course I'm not excluding you ha-ha.Anyway I have a ton of info I'd be happy to send you if you want any.
